Welcome to Momentum Psychotherapy!

At Momentum, we provide thoughtful, collaborative, trauma-informed, and evidence-based psychotherapy to adults and couples navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, we offer a supportive space to reflect, heal, and grow. This is your moment to pause, explore, and move forward with intention. MEET OUR THERAPISTS Andrew McKenzie, Psy.D. Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Founder of Momentum Psychotherapy Therapy starts with a relationship built on safety, collaboration, and trust. My goal is to create a compassionate and candid space where you can better understand yourself, experiment with new ways of thinking and feeling, and reconnect with what brings you joy. With over 15 years of experience as a psychologist, I integrate psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you uncover how your past shapes your present—and identify meaningful steps toward change. My approach blends insight with action, warmth with honesty. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I’m also authorized through PSYPACT to provide telehealth services in over 40 states. For a full list of states participating in PSYPACT, go to: https://psypact.site-ym.com/page/psypactmap Donald Glenn, M.A. Mental Health Therapist Life doesn’t always offer smooth paths, but therapy can offer support, clarity, and transformation. I bring over 25 years of experience in the medical and mental health fields, and I deeply value the mind-body connection in the healing process. I work from a psychodynamic foundation to help individuals achieve deeper self-understanding, drawing from other modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused therapy to tailor our work together. You can expect a warm, respectful, and collaborative experience—one where we identify your goals and work toward them with care, compassion, and purpose. I have a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, years of clinical experience working with people of a variety of backgrounds, and I look forward to being an active partner in your therapy journey.
